Common Name: Fringed Wattle
 
Habit: Native to Australia the Fringed Wattle is a small tree or shrub reaching 6 meters tall. The foliage is dense with long thin leaves making this plant an excellent screening shrub.
Flowers: From mid winter through spring long spikes are produced covered in fluffy yellow blooms.
Care: Wattle plants prefer a well drained, sandy soil and a sunny location. Once established they are moderately drought and frost tolerant. Prune well after flowering to encourage fuller growth.
