Common Name: Coral bark maple
 
Habit:  Growing to a size of 6m x 5m this deciduous tree has lovely serrated leaves with 5-9 lobes. Leaves grow in green during Spring and by Autumn have turned a bright yellow with a hint of orange. Bark is a stunning coral red particularly noticeable in the Winter time.
Flowers: Spring brings small reddish flowers but they are not a particular feature.
Care: Grow in full sun to part shade and protect from hot winds. Soil needs to be moist and well drained, an application of manure before planting is helpful and mulch well.

طبيعة النبتة: تنمو لغاية 6م تقريبا وتتميز بجال أوراقها. يتغير لون أرواقها في الخريف إلى اللون الأصفر والبرتقالي. وتتميز بلون جذعها الجذاب الذي يظهر بشدة في الخريف.
طبيعة الزهرة: تزهر زهور صغيرة في الربيع ولكن زهورها لا تعتبر أحد ميزاتها.
العناية: تنمو في المناطق المشمسة والمناطق التي تصلها أشعة الشمس وبعض الظل. يفضل أن تكون محمية من موجات الهواء الحار.
