Common Name: Aloe
 
Habit: Native to the south western corner of the western cape, south africa; this succulent form reaches up to 2m tall. Ithas plump upward curving leaves in rosettes, each leaf has soft 'teeth' along the edges and has a slight spotting.  
Flowers:  Long stems form during winter. Flowers form at the tops of the stems blooming toward the tip. Each flower is a long trumpet in shiny red.
Care:  Plant in a sunny position and during spring and summer allow the plant to dry then water thoroughly.  Ensure plenty of space for growth as the plant matures and divide as needed.

طبيعة النبتة: تتميز بأوراقها الممتلئة ذات الأطراف الشائكة. قد يصل طولها ل2م.
طبيعة الزهرة: تظهر السيقان الطويلة في فصل الشتاء وتنمو الورود على السيقان. تتميز بلونها الأحمر وشكلها الشبيه بالبوق.
العناية: تزرع في مناطق مشمسة وفي فصل الربيع والصيف يفضل أن تترك النبتة حتى تجف التربة ثم يتم سقايتها.
