Common Name: Cape or African Mallow
 
Habit: Growing to 1meter high and as wide this shrub has an upright habit with erect stems and small green leaves. It has a sparse type of habit which just makes the flowers more striking.
Flowers: In spring a profuse showing of pink, cup shaped flowers appear and last through until late summer, each one similar to a small hibiscus with visible dark pink veins showing.
Care: Plant into well drained soil with plenty of organic material, keep well watered in the warmer months. Choose a sunny, sheltered position and prune lightly after flowering to encourage a bushier shape and more flowers.

العناية:  تزرع في منطقة مشمسة ولكن محمية. تفضل الكثير من الماء في الأيام الحارة. القليل من التقليم قد يساعد على كثرة الإزهار.
