Common Name: Night Jasmine
 
Habit: Native to the West Indies, night Jasmine is an evergreen woody shrub reaching up to 4 meters tall. The lance shaped leaves are smooth and a glossy mid to dark green. 
Flowers:  This summer blooming plant has white to cream clusters of small star shaped flowers which open in the evenings. The fragrance from the blooms is very strong, filling the air around it making this plant excellent near outdoor entertaining areas.
Care:  Soil needs to be moist and well drained, located in full sun. Night Jasmine can tolerate light frost but is generally frost and drought sensitive.  Can be fertilised every second weed using a highly diluted seaweed fertiliser.
Garden use:  Japanese gardens, outdoor entertaining balcony pot, fragrant garden.

العناية: تفضل المناطق التي تتعرض للكثير من أشعة الشمس. يمكن تحملها للإنجماد الخفيف. تعرف بتحملها  للجفاف.
