Common Name: Palm Lily
 
Habit: Cordyline is an Australian shrub that grows up to 4m tall. The leaves which are red and pink with green highlights grow on stems of up to 20cm long while the leaves themselves reach up to 50cm long and 5cm wide. The foliage is graceful and architectural.
Flowers: Flowers are small lilac and grow in long clumps along a stem in the summer. They are followed by red berries.
Care: In the garden place in a protected position in full sun or a little part shade.  Allow to dry out between waterings. Cordyline will grow in any type of soil provided it is well draining.
