Common Name: Foxglove
 
Habit: Deep green, furred, oval leaves form a rosette at the base of the plant and growing smaller as they go up the flower spike.
Flowers: Tall, erect flower spike appear in late spring and produce bell shaped flowers that open progressively up the spike, colours include yellow, pink, white and purple. Cut spikes down to ground level when they are finished flowering to encourage more blooms.
Care:  Growing best in temperate climates digitalis prefers a deep, moist, hummus rich soil that is well drained. Keep well watered in Spring and place in a full sun or part shaded position

طبيعة النبتة: تتميز بساقها الطويل والأوراق الصغيرة التي تنمو عليه.
طبيعة الزهرة: تظهر ورودها في أخر فصل الربيع وتتميز بشكلها الشبيه بالجرس ومزيج الألوان التي تتكون منه حيث تتشكل الوردة من اللون الأصفر والأبيض والزهري والبنفسجي.
العناية: تفضل المناطق التي تتعرض للكثير من أشعة الشمس أو للقليل من الظل. إزالة الورد الميت قد يساعد على إزهارها لفترة أطول.
