Common Name: Wormseed Wallflower
 
Habit: Native to central and northern Europe, Erysium is a herbaceus annual plant growing up to 1 meter tall. It has erect stems and alternate, lance shaped leaves growing up the length of the stems. 
Flowers: From late spring to summer, spikes of mauve flowers appear at the ends of the stems, the tops of which are a darker purple. These are followed by narrow, cylindrical seed pods.
Care: Plant in fertile, loamy, moist soil in full sun. They do not need much care, they can become invasive,  pruning before the seeds ripen would prevent this.

طبيعة الزهرة: تزهر في اّخر فصل الربيع وفصل الصيف ورودا صفراء تنمو في مجموعات.
العناية: تفضل المناطق التي تتعرض للكثير من أشعة الشمس. لاتحتاج للكثير من العناية. يفضل إزالة الورد الميت قبل تحوله لبذور لأن ذلك يصعب من التحكم بالنبتة.
