Common Name: Lemon
 
Habit: Eureka lemons are native to Sicily and are true lemons. These trees are evergreen with new growth in a bronze-purple and the mature leaves bright green. Mature Eureka Lemons are an open tree which is almost thornless and grow up to 6m tall.
Flowers:  While the Eureka can fruit year round, generally fruiting occurs during spring-summer. The flowers are typical white citrus blooms and the lemons are a medium gold colour inside.
Care:  Eureka lemons are frost and heat sensitive so this needs to be taken into account. Lemons need a good deep watering once a week, more often if the weather is dry and hot. Use a citrus fertiliser three times a year and prune as needed to remove damaged branches or to keep a tidy shape.

طبيعة الزهرة: من الممكن أن تثمر طوال السنة ولكن بشكل عام تثمر خلال فصل الربيع والصيف. تعتبر زهورها مثل كل زهور الحمضيات. 
العناية: لا تحتمل درجات الحرارة العالية والإنجماد. تحب الماء خصوصا في الأيام الحارة.
