Common Name: Shasta Daisy
 
Habit:  Reaching up to 80cm tall the lush dark green foliage is a perfect backdrop for the flowers on this garden staple.
Flowers: Appearing mid summer and staying through autumn the flowers are white petals around a yellow disk which put on quite a display. Remove flowers as they finish to ensure plenty of colour all summer.
Care: Place in well drained soild choosing a sunny position and good soil with added compost or manure. Divide every few years in the Spring and you have a low maintenance splash of colour in the garden.
