Common Name: Lobelia
 
Habit:  String of pearls is a spreading annual reaching 25cm high. Foliage on this ground cover is a beautiful dark bronze. Perfect for baskets, containers and borders it has a trailing habit and reaches up to 15cm high.
Flowers:  From mid spring to early autumn the foliage is covered by light and deep blue, purple or white flowers 
Care:  Choose a deep, fertile, reliably moist soil. Plant in sun or semi shade, Lobelia does not like hot, dry weather so some shade to cut summer heat would be of help.  If necessary rejuvenate by cutting the plant back by half, watering well and reapplying fertiliser. In mild winters it will self seed.

طبيعة الزهرة: تبدأ بالإزهار من منتصف فصل الربيع لبداية الخريف. يتميز وردها بألوانه الفاتحة مثل الوردي والأزرق والأبيض والبنفسجي.
العناية: تفضل المناطق التي تتعرض للشمس والظل لأنها لا تتحمل الجفاف.
