Common Name:  Egyptian star
 
Habit: Native to Africa, Pentas is a small shrub growing to around 1.5 meters tall. 
Flowers:  In summer and autumn neat round bouquets of star shaped flowers appear in a soft pink shade.
Care:  Pentas grow well in any type of well drained soil provided they have enough water and plenty of heat. They do not enjoy the cold, you can overwinter them by digging them up when the weather cools and keeping them indoors in good potting soil, slowly reintroducing them when the weather warms up.
Deadhead as you go and pinch out growing tips to improve flowering and encourage fuller growth.

طبيعة الزهرة: تزهر في فصل الصيف والخريف ورودا تنموا بشكل منتظم وتتميز بشكلها الشبيه بالنجمة ولونها الوردي الناعم.
العناية: يمكن زراعتها في أي نوع تربة. لا تفضل المناطق الباردة. إزالة الورد الميت وأطراف الأغصان يساعد على نموها وإزهارها بشكل أفضل.
