Common Name: Bush Germander
 
Habit: A Mediterranean native the bush germander grows to 1.5 meters tall. The stems and undersides of the leaves on this hardy bush are grey and the tops of the aromatic leaves green giving it a silvery appearance. 
Flowers: From spring through to autumn this plant produces light blue, two lipped flowers on terminal spikes.
Care:  Plant in a coarse, loose soil with minimal fertility ensuring as much sun as possible. When planting water in well to ensure it establishes making sure of good drainage as wet feet will damage or kill the plant. Once established it is a very low care plant, removal of spent flowers and trimming to shape is all that is required.
