Common Name: Star Jasmine
 
Habit: Native to east and southeast asia, Star Jasmine is a woody, evergreen climber with glossy oval leaves pointed at both ends. It grows to a height and width of around 9m and can be used as a ground cover as well as on trellises and fences.
Flowers: Small white star shaped flowers appear in mid to late summer, the profusion of blooms are highly fragrant and attract pollinators like bees and butterflies.
Care: Plant in a location which gets full or partial sun taking care to protect from cold, drying winds. Soil needs to be moderately to highly fertile and very free draining, water freely during the growing season and sparingly in winter. Young plants may need assistance to train onto the location but once established will climb and fill the area on their own.

طبيعة النبتة: أوراقها دائمة الإخضرار. وتنمو تقريبا 9م. لها العديد من الإستخدمات فالبعض يستخدمها كغطاء أرضي أو للتسلق على الجدار.
طبيعة الزهرة: زهرتها بيضاء صغيرة تزهر من منتصف الصيف لاّخره تتتميز برائحتها القوية التي تجذب النحل والفراشات. 
العناية: يجب وضع النبتة في مكان مشمش أو تصله بعض الشمس ومحمي من البرد أو الرياح. إذا كانت النبتة صغيرة قد تحتاج إلى بعض المساعدة للنمو والتسلق.
